Every physical order includes a tracking number. You'll receive it by email the moment your parcel is scanned by our courier. Nothing goes out untracked, ever.
Orders shipping outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price at checkout. If you refuse a parcel due to unpaid duties, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
If your parcel hasn't moved for 7 days or is significantly overdue, email help@supergamerslive.com. We open an investigation with the courier the same day. Confirmed lost parcels are replaced free or fully refunded — your choice.
